How to report bugs to LCG projects
All LCG projects use the service provided by SPI as their development portal. The service is based on the Savannah portal that is open source.
If you want to report bugs or requests to the different projects just go to the Savannah Portal, choose the project on the right hand side column and request for support or report bugs.
For instance to post a bug report for Pool do:
- Select POOL from the list of projects
- You should manage to find the page http://savannah.cern.ch/projects/pool/
- Select "Bugs" (or "Support" if is a request for help but not a bug) from the top bar.
- Select "Submit a Bug" or "Submit a Request" and then fill in the form proposed to you.
