Pythia and Herwig Fortran wrappers have been condensed.
- Old wrappers for Pythia 5.72 and 6.152 were removed.
- Since the Fortran versions of Pythia and Herwig are essentially frozen,
there should be a single wrapper for each.
- Rework the wrappers, based on Pythia 6.4 and Herwig 6.5.
- Remaining headers:
- HerwigWrapper.h
- PythiaWrapper.h
- PythiaWrapper6_4.h (Unix version)
- PythiaWrapper6_4_WIN32.h (Windows version)
- Users should include HerwigWrapper.h and/or PythiaWrapper.h as needed.
